Eden Gibbs is a bi-coastal baby who landed on the island of Hong Kong to spread her wings and delve into the local culture. Originally from the United States, where she spent most of her time traveling across the country, she has come to conquer the diverse and eclectic art scene of the Far East. Eden has studied every imaginable technique and medium in the arts and has her degree in Art and Design from Massachusetts College of Arts in Boston. While she attended school, she made the most of her time by utilizing all methods of expression for her creations. Her favorite method of exploration was to get down and dirty and inky in the converted printmaking studio that was previously a basketball gym. When she is not meticulously documenting her life through photography and journaling, she enjoys meditating on long hikes through the mountains of Hong Kong and beyond. Other than a having the fault of being a travel bug, she also shares an obsession for food. Her opinion is often called upon for her decadent and discerning tastes and curiosity for new ingredients and flavors. She has a plethora of life experiences that she is always happy to share, as she loves to meet and make new acquaintances. Eden has worked an art consultant in New York City, an English Teacher in Spain, an actress in Los Angeles, and the list goes on… Currently her unique curiosity and charismatic charm has led her to island6, where she hopes to continue the artistic and creative vision of Liu Dao.
