// BLURB //
There’s a riddle I remember hearing when I was younger, it goes something like this: what gets wetter as it dries? There are so many different ways to win at something. Even sometimes when you lose, you really win, and everyone knows that you can win sometimes when all signs suggest you lost. The trick of it is to find a way to do both often enough. Convince yourself the victories aren’t so great and the losses are actually pretty remarkable. See all the ways you won and the ways you lost, learn to love and use them both in equal parts. Things all move at different speeds but make no mistake: they are all moving. Back and forth, here and there, toward you or away. And yes, a towel is what gets wetter as it dries. The water looks like its disappearing, but it’s really just moving on to some other place it needs to go.
